11/10/19 2:47am- During a traffic stop on State Route 244 in the Town of Alfred, State Police arrested Cassondra E. Mark, 20, of Prattsburgh. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08%. moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right.
11/10/19 3:58am- State Police arrested Bradley W. Loucks, 36, of Andover. He was taken into custody after Troopers pulled him over on County Road 12 in the Town of Andover. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, first-offense DWI and parked on the highway.
