9/5/19 11:45am- State Police arrested Jenna R. Holly, 34, of Belmont and Bradley A. Rubin, 34, of Belmont. Each was charged with felony residential burglary. The incident occurred in Amity and was reported June 24th. Both were detained.
9/5/19 10:30am Two people have been arrested stemming from a fatal vehicle crash on October 24, 2015 in the Town of Humphrey in Cattaraugus County. State police arrested Michele L. Harter, 42, of Franklinville. She was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment. Troopers also arrested Brian C. Shobert, 38, of Franklinville. He was charged with criminally negligent homicide, vehicular manslaughter, first-degree reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of a crash involving death and second-offense driving while intoxicated. Both were detained.
