Wellsville Police arrested Joshua W. Smith, age 20 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Pine Street on September 22nd.
Smith was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on October 15th at 4:30 p.m.
