Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Willard J. Apperson Jr, age 36 of Scio, for
failure to appear in Court on a previous AUO 3rd and other Vehicle and Traffic
charges. Apperson was located on the Irons
Road by the Allegany County Sherriff’s Department and taken into custody. Apperson was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Apperson was released and is due to make fine payment to the Court at a
later date.
