9/22/19 2:59am- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Scio, State police arrested Timothy J. Osterhout, 27, of Belmont. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08% and moving from a lane unsafely. He will answer the charges in court at a later date.
