Wellsville woman arrested for drug possession

On September 5, SP Amity Troopers arrested Michelle K. Fauth, 41, of Wellsville, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Troopers assisting Allegany County Probation with a home visit on State Route 19 in the town of Wellsville allege Fauth was in possession of cocaine. Fauth was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Wellsville Town Court where she is due to appear later this month.
