2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Illegal Signal on June 7. Burford was released on an appearance ticket
to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Jason M. Scott, 39, Mt. Morris,
NY, was arrested June 10, charged with Burglary 3rd Degree and Petit
Larceny. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
Scott was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail. Scott will address charges in Groveland Town
Court on a later date.

Dansville, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and a license plate display
violation on June 10, and was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in
Lima Town Court on a later date.
Christopher N. Cribbs, 23, North
Tonawanda, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and a
non-transparent side window violation on June 9. Cribbs was released on an appearance ticket
to answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Sanborn, NY, was charged June 9, with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Wollaber was released on an appearance ticket
to answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.
Carlos J. Diaz-Silva, 35, Mt.
Morris, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd Degree and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child on June 6. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
Diaz-Silva was released on his own recognizance to address charges in Mt.
Morris Town Court on a later date.
Adam M. Stetzel, 21, Holley, NY,
was arrested June 9, charged with Criminal Sale of Marihuana 2nd
Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana,
No/Inadequate Plate Lamp and No/Insufficient Tail Lamps. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Stetzel was
remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/$3,000
property bond. Stetzel will reply to
charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.
Jillian R. Pernot, 34,
Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater,
Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign and Failure to Yield the Right of Way at a Red
Signal on July 9. Pernot will respond to
charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Caleb A. Jeffords, 27,
Leicester, NY, was charged with Unlicensed Operator, Leaving the Scene of a
Property Damage Accident, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Failure to Stop for a
School Bus and Operating a Motor Vehicle in Violation of an Interlock
Restriction on June 4. Jeffords will
reply to charges in York Town Court on a later date.
Willie D. Kendrick, 26, Corning,
NY, was charged June 11, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and a non-transparent side
window violation. Kendrick was released
