6/16/19 9:53am- State police arrested Donald W. Ribble, 49, of Hume. He was charged with harassment with physical contact. The charge was leveled following a disturbance June 6th in the Town of Hume.
6/16/19 10:10pm- During a traffic stop on I-86 in Friendship, state police arrested Caleb D. Rummel, 31, of Livonia, Michigan. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly possessing one ounce or more of cannabis. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance-7th, criminal possession of marijuana for holding two ounces or more, having a controlled substance not in its original container and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was additionally charged with driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $2,000.
6/16/19 4:45pm- During a traffic stop on Davis Road in the Town of Clarksville, state police arrested Russell S. Brant, 42, of Clarksville. He was charged with DWI.
