Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on April 27, 2019 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Lumary G. Hainon, age 22 of Webster on the following charges:

-           Driving While Intoxicated

-           Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% of 1% or more

-           Speed in Excess of 55 mph

-           Unlicensed Operator

-           Possession of an open container in a motor vehicle

Hainon was processed and issued appearance tickets directing her to the Town of Almond Court on May 27, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
