Bolivar worker "seriously burned" in accidental incident

A Bolivar worker was "seriously burned" in an 'accidental incident' at Dempsey Pipe on Liberty Street in Bolivar today. Brian Hemphill is the fire chief who said the worker was involved "in an accidental incident." He said the man suffered "serious" burns and was flown by Mercy Flight to Rochester. Medical Transport Advanced Life Support helped at the scene, Hemphill said. The chief called it a "excellent response" with EMS out the door in six minutes with Advanced Life Support on scene in ten minutes.
