5/25/19 9:39pm- During a traffic stop on River Street in the City of Olean, state police arrested Christopher J. Caton, 30, of Cuba. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol level above .08%. He was released on court tickets.
5/25/19 7:43pm- State police arrested Douglas J, Osborn, 41, of Birdsall. Canisteo-based troopers stopped him on County Road 66 in Hornellsville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%.

On May 24, 2019, Members of the New York State Police, Warsaw Police Department and Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department conducted a sobriety checkpoint on State Route 20A in the Village of Warsaw. The following subjects were arrested and released to appear in Warsaw Village Court at a later date:

-Jennifer A. Irish, 37 of Warsaw, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

-Katy A. O’Brien, 34 of Warsaw, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5^th and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th

-Stephenie S. Lee, 26 of Cleveland, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

672 vehicles traveled through the checkpoint and in addition to the 2 DWAI arrests 13 traffic tickets were issued for various violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
