Fanton, age 26, of Harrison Valley, PA was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to obey a traffic control device following a traffic stop on Hallsport Road in Independence. Fanton is due to appear June 26th in Independence Town Court.
