All produce farms are encouraged to complete GAPs training. Understanding Farm Food Safety regardless of buyers' demands is the right thing for growers to do. A Farm Food Safety Plan helps growers follow Good Agricultural Practice whether
or not a farm chooses to become certified.
The workshop will be Thursdays June 6 & 13, 2019 at the Genesee Valley Produce Auction - 8855 County Road 3 Centerville, NY 14029 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 p.m. Fee for this program is $25/Farm & $10/additional person. Lunch will be provided,
