Steuben deputies make DWI arrests

Media Release: DWI Arrests Memorial Day Weekend

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that from May 24th to May 27th, 2019, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following for allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition during the Memorial Day weekend enforcement effort:

Regina F. Mack, age 40, of School Street, Springwater, New York, on May 27th 2019. Charged with DWI and Failed to Maintain Lane, on State Route 21, Wayland, New York.

Adam A. Velez, age 64, of Main Street, Canaseraga, New York, on May 25, 2019. Charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, Moved From Lane Unsafely and Driving on the Shoulder of the Road, on West Avenue, Arkport, New York. 

Jason E. Davis, age 50, of Patti Drive, Westerville, Ohio, on May 25, 2019. Charged with DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree and Failed to use Designated Lane, on County Route 70, Howard, New York. This arrest is a result of the investigation of a reported one vehicle collision. 

All three were released on traffic summons to appear in the respective local courts at a later date.
