AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 249-18 TO REFLECT CHANGES
IN THE SALARY OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY

RESOLVED:
1. That Resolution No. 249-18 is amended
to include Section 8 which shall read as follows:
8. That beginning January 1, 2019, and
ending March 31, 2019, the base salary of the District Attorney, (calculated
over a twelve-month period), none of which includes any earned longevity
increment, shall be $197,600. That
commencing April 1, 2019, and ending March 31, 2020, the base salary of the
District Attorney, (calculated over a twelve-month period), none of which
includes any earned longevity increment, shall be $200,355.
