5/10/19 3:25pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in Genesee, state police arrested James M. Dubshie, 55, of Shinglehouse. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance-7th degree and possessing a controlled substance not in its original container.
5/10/19 11pm- After investigating a vehicle crash on Back River Road in Amity, state police arrested Coty J. Denning, 24, of Belmont. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation-3rd and unlawful possession of marijuana.
5/11/19 3:14am- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the Town of Wellsville, state police arrested Elizabeth A. Coleman, 27, of Hornell. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%.
5/10/19 12:05pm- State police arrested Matthew S. Eldridge, 25, of Cameron following a May 7th disturbance in Bath. He was charged with two counts of felony criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use. He was released on appearance tickets for court.
5/10/19 3:31pm- State police arrested Derek R. Clark, 32, of Bath. He was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt and harassment with physical contact.
5/10/19 4:05pm- State police arrested Jacob L. Cole, 21, of Canisteo. He was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. The charge stemmed from a property damage crash in the Town of Canisteo.
