Sex crime sends Cuba man to jail

A Cuba man is headed to the Allegany County Jail after a Cuba Town Justice found the man guilty during a bench trail of forcible touching. Sixty-four year old Jorge Tufino was sentenced to 360 days in the Allegany County Jail, a $1,000 sex offender fee, a five year order of protection, a $205 court surcharge and a $50 DNA fee. According to a press release, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Fuoco said Tufino subjected the victim to sexual contact when incapable by consent by being physically helpless.
