Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that
on January 9, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Chad M.
Mulholland, 38, of Wellsville on a Bench Warrant issued by Allegany County
Court.
Mulholland was processed and transported to Allegany
County Court where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
