Salamanca man faces multiple sex crimes

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office on Friday arrested Shawn Michael Sayers, Sr., 32, of 19 Herman Street in Salamanca. He was charged in a sealed indictment warrant with:

1. Predatory sexual assault
2. Predatory sexual assault against a child- 2 counts
3. Sexual conduct against a child-2 counts
4. 1st degree rape

He was being held in jail pending court action.
