Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on December 7, 2018, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Gawlak, age 44 of Caneadea, on an Allegany County Violation of probation warrant. Gawlak was processed and transported to Allegany County Jail without bail and will appear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on December 4, 2018, with the assistance of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested Rodney S. Mosher, age 38 of Olean, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Mosher was processed and transported to Allegany County Family Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000.00 or $10,000.00 bond.  Mosher is due to reappear in Allegany County Family Court for additional court action.

Foust, age 54 of Limestone, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant.  Foust was processed and transported to Allegany County Family Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000.00.  Foust is due to reappear in Allegany County Family Court for additional court action.
