Wellsville Police arrested Daniel L. Frost Jr., age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. The charges stem from a traffic stop on
Chamberlain Street in the Village of Wellsville. Frost was issued an appearance ticket and
released. Frost is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on July 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Kristi A. Williams, age 37 of
Wellsville, charging her with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Williams was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh.
Williams was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail
or $500.00 property bond. Williams is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 17th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Kyle M. Gelser, age 26 of
Wellsville, charging him with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd) and
Speed in Zone. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on Highland Avenue in the Village.
Gelser was issued traffic citations and released. Gelser is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on July 24th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Anthony R. Kidd, age 57 of
Wellsville, charging him with Sexual Abuse 1st (Class D Felony) and Endangering
the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem
from an incident that took place on June 27th in the Village of
Wellsville. Kidd was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Kidd was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $25,000.00 cash bail or $50,000.00 property bond. Kidd is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on July 17th at 4:30 p.m.
