The City and Town of Olean will be making necessary road
repairs to Constitution Avenue. Starting
immediately, temporary traffic signals will be installed reducing Constitution
Avenue to one lane of traffic.
Independence Drive will also be closed to traffic at its intersection
with Constitution Avenue.
The repairs to the road will begin Monday, May 14, 2018, and
are anticipated to be completed within a few days, weather permitting.
While Constitution Avenue will remain open to one lane of
traffic, it will cause significant delays.
Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes. Access to businesses will remain open at all
times.
