On Tuesday April 10th at approximately 10:00am,following a three week investigation, Cuba Police arrested Gina Tufino,33, of Cuba. Tufino was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor,3 counts). Tufino was processed and released to appear at a later date. Tufino is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
