* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Plan on difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday.
Total snow accumulations of 7 to 10 inches are expected.
* WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Wyoming, Livingston,
Ontario, Cattaraugus, and Allegany counties.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times.
