Deputies also arrested a passenger in the vehicle, Brittany
R. Dickerson age 24 of Bolivar charging her with:

Fenti was processed and transported to the Town of Wirt
Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail
set at $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond. Dickerson was processed and arraigned in
the Town of Wirt Court where she was released on her own recognizance. Both
individuals are scheduled to reappear in the Village of Bolivar Court on
February 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. for additional court action.

On February 8, 2018, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office
arrested Steven M. Boutwell, age 42 of Pennsylvania, on an Allegany County
Family Court Warrant. Boutwell was processed and then transported to Allegany
County Family Court where he was arraigned and committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $20,000.00 Cash Bail or $40,000.00 Bond. Boutwell is to appear in Allegany County
Family Court on February 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. for additional court action.
