Wellsville: Town Board holds budget hearing Nov. 8

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Wellsville for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2018 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Municipal Building, 156 North Main Street, Wellsville, NY 14895 where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Wellsville will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon, at the Town Hall in Room 11 in the Municipal Building at 6:30 p.m. on the 8th day of November 2017 and at such hearing any person(s) may be heard in favor or against any item or items therein contained. Pursuant to Article 8, Section 109 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
Town Supervisor - $8,160.00
Town Board (4@$3,380.00) - $13,520.00
Town Clerk - $1,666.52
Highway Superintendent - $58,020.09
Tax Collector - $5,240.05
Town Justice - $9,876.90
Assessor - $33,759.06 
Individuals with disabilities or senior citizens, who require assistance in attending said public hearing or in furnishing comment, should contact the Town Clerk three (3) days in advance if possible to request assistance.
