11/12/17 11am- After investigating a domestic disturbance call, State Police arrested Robert J. Sheehy, 84, of Scio. he was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He was released on his own recognizance.
11/12/17 9:40pm- State Police arrested Vance N. Gardner, 42, of Alfred. He was stopped on Hamilton Hill Road and charged with driving while intoxicated. Court action is pending.
11/12/17 6:46pm- During a traffic stop on Route 16 in Machias, State Police arrested Michael A. Berardi, 23, of Hornell. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, felony BAC above .08%, unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic infraction. He was issued tickets for court and released.
