Wellsville Police arrested Shawna M. Foster, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging her with a Probation Violation. Foster was processed and turned over to the
Allegany County Sheriff’s Department.
Foster is due to appear in Belmont Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Jeffery D. Crum Jr, age 33 of
Ulysses, PA, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI
w/BAC of .18% or more, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Moved from Lane Unsafely and
Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on Miller Street in
the Village. Crum was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Crum was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond. Crum is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on October 17th at 4:30 p.m.
