'Pizza run' gets Bolivar man a term of probation

A Bolivar man who drove an ATV while drunk to grab a pizza will spend some time on probation, but won't head to prison. In Allegany County court, Mark D. Sisson, 44, of Route 417W, was sentenced to a probation term of five years. Judge Terry Parker also sentenced Sisson to have an ignition interlock for five years. In addition, Sisson was fined $1,000 plus a $395 court surcharge, must pay a DNA fee and had his driver license revoked for one year. In a press statement from the District Attorney's office, it stated that Sisson pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated for an incident in Bolivar May 24 in which Sisson was stopped for driving the ATV while intoxicated while on his way to purchase pizza.
