Livingston County District Attorney Report

After presentation by Joshua J. Tonra, Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Robert B. Wiggins on October 17, 2017.

STEFFAN JK HAMPSHIRE, age 23, of Nunda was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree (D Felony) to 4 months intermittent incarceration and 5 years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.

LEQUAN M. HILL, age 24, formerly of Livingston Correctional Facility was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree (E Felony) to 1 1/2 to 3 years in state prison as a second felony offender. He was also ordered to pay a $325 penalty assessment and a $50 DNA fee.

A YOUTHFUL OFFENDER, charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony), and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (misdemeanor), appeared without her attorney and the matter was adjourned to October 31, 2017 for further proceedings.

RYAN C. MCCOLLUMN, age 36, of Livonia appeared on a violation of probation and the matter was adjourned
to October 31, 2017. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.

SHAWN M. SCHLEDORN, age 40, of Dansville, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (D Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony), and Failure to Keep Right, appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to October 31, 2017.

A YOUTHFUL OFFENDER appeared on a violation of probation and the matter was adjourned to October 31, 2017 for a hearing. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.

MELINDA E. TORRES, age 29, of Livonia was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony) and Failure to Keep Right. She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to December 19, 2017 for further proceedings.
