9/7/17 1:53am- State Police arrested two women during a traffic stop on State Route 19 at County Road 20 in Amity. Troopers said Tiffany L. Bilby, 35, of Olean and Angel T. Young, 45, of Olean were both arrested. Police charged both with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and having a controlled substance outside the original container. Both were issued appearance tickets for court and released.
