Topics that will be covered include the legal aspects of the
DOT right of way along these routes; responsibilities of the Department and of
private property owners; Highway Work and Use and Occupancy Permits; driveways;
retaining walls; parking; drainage and the State Environmental Quality Review
Act.
Public officials and residents are encouraged to attend the
meeting. Attendees will be given an
opportunity at the end of the meeting to submit comment/question forms for
response by the Department.
The meeting location is accessible for people with
