The Sheriff’s Office is requesting the County’s approval to
enter into a 25 year lease agreement for 1 acre of land in the Town of Alfred
with the State University of New York College of Technology at Alfred. This
property will be used to construct the new Alfred 911 Tower. This land will NOT be county owned and will be a
onetime payment for $1.00 for a 25 year lease renewable by the county at the
end of the lease agreement if the county so desires.

Company of New York. This property will be used to construct the new
Whitesville 911 Tower. This land will NOT
be county owned and will be a onetime payment of $1.00 for a 25 year lease
renewable by the county at the end of the lease agreement if the county so
desires.
