Wellsville Police arrested Amanda M. Hall, age 33 of
Whitesville, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the
Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Hall was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Hall is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on March 21st at 4:30 pm. Hall was
additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. Hall was issued a traffic citation and
released. Hall is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on March 21st at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Ryan S. Downey, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn
Avenue in the Village. Downey was
processed and arraigned before Town of Willing Judge Guiney. Downey was released, and is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on March 7th at 4:30 p.m.
