3/7/17 3:28am- State police arrested Robyn E. Hitchcock, 32 of Wellsville. She was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th: stimulants and the lesser crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana. Court action is pending.
