Coudersport police have filed a summons and criminal complaint against an Andover, NY man. According to the court docket, 23-year-old Jordan Andrew Bartoo will face a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Bryan Phelps. Bartoo faces a low level misdemeanor drug infraction and a summary violation of driving without a license. The offenses were allegedly committed September 11, 2024.
