Breonna L. Burrows, 24, Rochester, NY, was arrested February
23, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree,
Unlicensed Operator, side window tint
violation and Criminal Impersonation 2nd Degree. Following arraignment in Avon Town Court,
Burrows was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000.00 cash bail and
will return to Avon Town Court to address charges on a later date.
James J. Belknap, 48, Avon, NY, was charged February 25,
with felony Driving While Intoxicated, felony Aggravated Driving While
Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and
Refusal to Submit to a Pre-screen test.
Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Belknap was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash bail and will return to Avon Town Court
to answer charges on a later date.
Dean L. Steiner, 58, Livonia, NY, was cited for Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in
answer to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Michael F. Donovan, 26, Livonia, NY, was arrested February
25, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or
Greater, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree,
Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust.
Following arraignment in Lima Town Court, Donovan was remanded to the
custody of the Sheriff on $2,500 cash bail.
Donovan will return to Lima Town Court in response to charges on a later
date.
Ebony T. Scott, 35, Elmira, NY, was charged February 24, with
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and was released on an appearance ticket to
answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Antwain S. Waters, 36, Elmira, NY, was arrested February 24,
charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Un-inspected
Motor Vehicle. Following arraignment,
Waters was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $750 cash
bail. Waters will address charges in Geneseo
Town Court on a later date.
Timothy E. Quackenbush, 30, Livonia, NY, was arrested and
charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree,
Unlicensed Operator, Suspended/Revoked Motor Vehicle Registration and Window
Tint Violation. Quackenbush will respond
to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Zachary P. Piasta, 32, Hemlock, NY, was charged February 26,
with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and was released on an appearance ticket to
satisfy charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Shandon E. Brown, 33, Livonia, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator, Speeding and two counts of Unsafe Tires on February 27. Brown will address charges in Geneseo Town
Court on a later date.
Bradley R. Meholick, 38, Corfu, NY, was arrested and charged
with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater on
February 26. Meholick will answer
charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date.
Jodi-Lyn Giammona, 48, and Rodney W. Simpson, 48, both
residing in Geneseo, NY, were charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree on February
23 and were released appearance tickets to report to Geneseo Town Court to
answer charges on a later date.
Carla M. Latimer, 55, Dansville, NY, was arrested February
20, charged with Issuing a Bad Check. Lattimer will answer charges in Geneseo
Town Court on a later date.
Angel L. L. Claudio, 41, Leicester, NY, was arrested and
charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater
and Failure To Keep Right on February 24.

Jason R. McManus, 24, Conesus, NY, was charged with
Operating a Snowmobile on a Highway While Impaired by Alcohol on February
19. McManus will answer charges in
Conesus Town Court on a later date.
Donald C. Wentworth, 64, Dansville, NY, was arrested February
23, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol .08% or Greater,
Failure to Keep Right and Failure to Dim Headlights. Wentworth will appear in Sparta Town Court to
address charges on a later date.
Patrick S. Dillenbeck, 47, Shortsville, NY, was arrested and
charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Unlawful
Possession of Marihuana, No/Inadequate Muffler and No/Illegal Front Windshield
on March 1. Following arraignment in
Avon Town Court, Dillenbeck was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on
$2,500 cash bail. Dillenbeck will return
to Avon Town Court in response to charges on a later date.
Aletha R. Bezerra, 44, Livonia, NY, was cited for Disorderly
Conduct on March 1, and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges

Steven W. Gregory, 26, Kendall, NY, was arrested March 2,
