Eldred man injured in Otto Township crash

Pennsylvania State Police said an Eldred man was injured this morning in a one vehicle crash on Main Street in Otto Township. Troopers said Sheldon Foley, 20, was driving in a westerly direction. As he approached a curved, his vehicle lost control on the icy roadway. Troopers said the vehicle overturned twice and came to rest on its roof. Foley was taken to Bradford regional Medical Center. He was ticketed with a speeding violation.
