On Saturday March 4th, 2017 Cuba Police arrested Edward Broshar,44, of Friendship and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and leaving a motor vehicle unattended. These charges stem from a complaint where Broshar allegedly struck a Cuba business with a motor vehicle. Broshar was processed and is to appear at a later date. Broshar is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
