1/20/17 7:51am- State police said there were no injuries reporting in a single vehicle accident on County Road 15A in Allen. The driver was listed as Michael Witkowski, 54 of Fillmore.
1/20/17 5:58pm- Troopers investigated a one vehicle accident on State Route 70 in Grove. Police said Bradley D. Johnson, 51 of Warsaw was driving the vehicle and was not injured.
1/20/17 6:48pm- State police said there were no injuries in a one vehicle accident on State Route 417 in Bolivar. Troopers listed the driver as Eric S. Lananger, 51 of Bolivar.
1/21/17 12:40am- A traffic stop on West Washington Street Ext. in Bath resulted in a man being taken into custody. State police said they arrested Johnny D. Richardson, 63 of Bath. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs 1st, felony aggravated unlicensed operation/permanent revocation and improper plates. He was released on his own recognizance.
1/20/17 9:25pm- A man was held on cash bail after being stopped on State Route 414 in Hornby. Troopers charged Jacob Deeter, 22 of Beaver Dams, with felony criminal of marijuana (more than 16 oz) and two traffic infractions.
