NY State Police Blotter

1/18/17 3:05pm- State police arrested Michael A. Munto, 26 of Fillmore. He was charged with felony welfare fraud. The alleged crime occurred August 2016 in the village of Belmont. Munto was issued a court appearance ticket and released.
1/15/17 11:50am- Three boys were arrested...accused of breaking into a home in Machias. The suspects, a 14-year-old from Chaffee and two 13-year-old from Delevan were charged with felony burglary 2nd degree.
1/18/17 1:11pm- An Addison man has been arrested for allegedly raping a child under the age of 11. Wednesday afternoon, state police charged 22-year-old Deven Miller with 1st degree rape, a class B felony. Troopers said the alleged assault happened last week in the town of Campbell. Miller was detained by authorities.
1/18/17 8:04pm- A Pennsylvania man will face a Town of Campbell judge in the near future. State police last night arrested 56-year-old Theodore Wood of Mansfield. He was stopped on Meads Creek Road and charged with DWI, having a blood alcohol content above .08%, speeding and driving an unregistered vehicle.
1/18/17 9:05pm- A Rochester man was held on $5,000 bail last night following his arrest by state police. 32-year-old Shawn Hunter was stopped on Campbell-Savona road just after 9 p.m. He was charged by troopers with criminal mischief, aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to obey a police officer.
