Turbulence continues in Alma town government- warning of a "forceful legal response"

The Town of Alma Supervisor and town board want the elected Highway Superintendent gone. Dan Ford, Highway Superintendent, says he's not going anywhere. This issue came to a boil February 12th when the town asked Ford to resign. He said no. The central issue behind the controversy is scrap metal. Late Tuesday night, Wellsville Regional News was provided a letter by a law firm representing Ford and sent to the Alma Town Supervisor.
