4/26/24 8:15 p.m.- From the Village of Cuba, state
police arrested Sukhwinder Singh, 40, of Cuba. He was charged with prohibited
sale of an alcoholic beverage. He’ll appear in court at a later date.
4/30/24 8:37 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the Town
of Genesee, troopers arrested LeRoy W. Nupp, 52, of Bolivar. He was charged
with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and felony driving
while ability impaired by drugs. Court action is pending.
