State Police Blotter – Troop A & E
1/9/24 1:52 a.m.: State Police arrested Lewis J. Wisor, 23,
of Addison. He was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor petit larceny.
He was ordered detained. The incident occurred in Rathbone of 11/22/23.
1/8/24 11:41 a.m.: Following an incident 11/21/23 in the
Town of Bennington, Warsaw-based troopers arrested Edward S. Kwasniewski, 76,
of Darien Center. He was charged with felony first-degree vehicular assault and
felony DWI. He was processed and released on his own recognizance.
1/6/24 10:30 a.m.: Troopers arrested a 16-year-old
name-protected person from Horseheads. The suspect was charged with felony third-degree
robbery and assault. Bail was set.
1/8/24 2:30 p.m.: After investigating and incident in the
City of Elmira, state police arrested Carmen R. Wells, 60, of Rochester. He was
charged with felony and misdemeanor introducing contraband into a prison as
well as felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance/intent
to sell narcotic, intent to sell hallucinogenic, intent to sell meth. He was
detained.
