The New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, has rejected an appeal filed on behalf of 32-year-old Melwin O. Rosario, formerly of Nunda. In January 2018, Rosario was sentenced in Livingston County Court to 10 years in state prison after he was convicted of felony first-degree assault.
