Wellsville Police arrested Casey J. Reynolds, age 31 of
Alfred Station, charging him with Assault 3rd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on School Street on
June 5th. Reynolds was processed and
arraigned via Skype in Allegany County Court by Allegany County Court Judge
Brown. Reynolds was released and is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 15th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police also charged Casey J. Reynolds, age 31 of
Alfred Station, with Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle 3rd, Reckless
Driving, Speed in Zone, Speed not Reasonable & Prudent, Improper Passing
and Operating out of Class. The charges
stem from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Reynolds was issued an appearance
ticket and released. Reynolds is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 15th at 4:30 p.m.
