One of those activities has been our popular pie raffle held
on Saturdays at the Angelica Farmers’ Market. Thanks to the generosity of local
bakers and ticket buyers the station has, in previous years, raised a
significant portion of our annual budget this way.
This year (as you well know) is vastly different. For the time being we will not have a table
at the Farmers’ Market to offer tickets in person. Yet our need to raise funds
remains.
We need to raise $1000 this summer to keep the station
lights on and the music coming your way, so we’re asking your support of our
“virtual” Pie Raffle and Summer Membership Drive.
We’re giving away four homemade pies at a time, drawing
winners on July 31st, August 31st and September 30th. Chances are still just $1 each, but because
we’re drawing for FOUR pies instead of just one, you get FOUR chances to win
