Deputies arrested Wade D. Wilkinson, age 24 of Bolivar,
charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th
Degree. Wilkinson was processed and issued an appearance ticket directing him
to the Town of Wellsville Court on August 19, 2020 at 10:00 am. Wellsville
police assisted.

Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter
Allegany County Sheriff Rick L. Whitney reports that on July
15, 2020, with the assistance of the Wellsville Police Department, Deputies
from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Deric Avery-Sadler, age 29 of Wellsville, on
an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Avery-Sadler was arrested without incident at
his residence and transported to the Allegany County Jail to be held without
bail pending an appearance in Allegany County Court at a later date.
