Wellsville Police arrested Jesse E. Clark, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging him with Disorderly Conduct. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. He was issued an appearance ticket and
released. Clark is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on September 22nd at 4:30 p.m.
