Motion: to approve the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2020 entitled “A
Local Law to Amend Local Law No. 2 of 2013 to Nullify the Code Enforcement
Officer’s Authority to Enforce the Zoning Ordinance and Authorize the Zoning
Officer to Enforce the ‘Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Rushford.” (Public Hearing Held March 9, 2020)

Supervisor to execute the Host Community Agreement between the Town and NY Rushford I, LLC, a domestic limited
liability company duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the
State of New York, relating to the Podunque Road Solar Project.

to approve the request of the Rushford Fire and Rescue Company, to use the Town
Park to hold a Demolition Derby, Horse Pull, Car Show, Chicken BBQ, Music
Events on the Town Park on Labor Day Weekend, (Septenber 4-7, 2020 contingent
upon said fire Dept.
following all rules and regulations set forth by the Governor of New York in
his Executive Orders regarding events such as these, as well as all rules and
regulation set forth by the Empire State Development, New State Department of
Health, and New York State Department of Labor.
